This Portfolio page showcases some of the projects Raucus Works has completed.
Motorbike sprocket cover
An original aluminium sprocket cover was reverse engineered into a precise CAD model and reproduced via 3D printing — providing a reliable, cost-effective replacement for a discontinued component.
The Challenge
The original component was no longer manufactured. By taking precise measurements from the existing part and rebuilding it in CAD, a functional replacement was produced that fits and performs identically to the original.

MG Rover car clock
The MG Rover clock has a widespread fault causing units to fail. A new case was designed from scratch using measurements taken from a faulty unit, then iterated across multiple prints to achieve the correct fit and finish.
The Challenge
The case needed to accommodate the original 4-pin connector exactly while achieving a finish that matched the original. Several iterations were printed before the final design was confirmed.
